I’m Scott Wofford, a security architect at Cisco. I live in Spring, Texas, and I grew up in Michigan. I like machines that have to work, on a network or under a hood, and I am only slightly sorry about the opinions.
Before Cisco I spent 15 years building and running large-scale infrastructure across a few industries. Before that I was an automotive and diesel technician, master certified in both. I still keep the automotive certification current. Why not.
Away from the keyboard I am a Christian, a husband, and the father of one son. I train martial arts and I dive. The rest of the list depends on the week.
I hold a CCDE, two CCIEs, and a CISSP, plus a few other certificates that looked important at the time.
